    Up for bid is a 1923 The National Refining Company of Cleveland, OH Ohio O invoice to Allen County Board of Commissioners of Lima, O for 1 50 gallon drum of Heavy En-Ar-Co Motor Oil.  Marked that it shipped the LE&W or Lake Erie & Western Railroad.  Good condition.  Measures 8" x 8 1/2".    Please see photos.
