    Description

    Up for auction are two original 1934 Jimmie Allen "Flying Club" pictures, compliments of Skelly Oil Co. The first picture features Jimmie Allen.
    This non glossy picture measures approximately 6" x 7 3/4" and is on paper stock. The picture features Jimmie with a Christmas Greeting for 1934. The second picture features Speed Robertson.
    This non glossy picture measures approximately 6" x 7 1/4" and is on thick paper stock. "The Adventures of Jimmie Allen" was an American radio adventure serial broadcast from 1933 until 1937.
    Condition:
    1.) Jimmie Allen:
    This item has not been trimmed, but does have heavy damage. The paper has back damage, including glue/stuck on paper/paper loss. The bottom right corner on the front has been torn, leaving a hole in it about an 1" long. The paper is also kind of warped from moisture.
    2.) Speed Robertson: There are no creases, however, the picture has been trimmed on both the left and right side. It was removed from a scrapbook, so there is a combination of glue/paper/paper loss on the four corners.
