Upon inspection of the device,
I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
There are stains on the front and back ports of the device.
There are some stains and scratches on the display.
I was able to power on with an in-house power supply (9VDC with a 5.5mm x 2.5mm power adapter tip, not included).
I was able to test the display working.
When attempting to test the Mode, Cal/Meas, Mi, Hold, Enter and MR buttons I did not see any changes corresponding to the buttons being pressed.
I observed the display was changing values even when I pressed the hold button.
PH port, Ref port and ATC port untested due to the lack of equipment.
No further testing could be completed due to lack of knowledge and/or resources.
The device is sold as is for parts, repair, or as a non-working item.
